Scene from Cala Foods at Hyde and California.
these PDJs are inscrutable.
wow. the lighting doesn't look nearly as cool in person.
They should designate that building as a historical monument.
Gonna miss so much :(
Used to skateboard on the roof in the mid to late 80s..........
This store is on the location of the former California Cable Car barn.
Grocery prices in the area already suck, can't imagine how much higher they are going to go once Cala closes.
That grocery store is a fine example of Mid-20th century Modernist supermarket design. Tearing it down would be a travesty. Quick, someone go get an injunction!
