With 345 to 163 votes in (with 26 votes left to be counted) 263-171, it looks like the emergency economic rescue bill is all set to go, which was just passed by the Senate moments ago a little after 10 a.m. Republicans didn't vote for it as much and the Democrats, of course, but...there you have it.
