Psst, you can find more info on where else to watch tonight's debate if you go here. (Thanks, Alex Spotswood, for the tip!) Or here.

Thanks Brock, you always come through.
LoBot is a lot of fun for these debates. I'd recommend going there if you're under 21. It's also BYOB and there's a liquor store across the street. Pretty awesome spot to watch the debate...I'll be missing it seeing Noah & The Whale for free at Amoeba instead 8-).
i will be at the Mix. who is going?!
Don't go to the Mix, Jameth will take your picture and you will be rated from 1 to 10!
Sarah Palin drinking game!
every time she says something stupid you gotta take a shot!
I'm going to go to The Mix and get a glass of bourbon and a rating of a 7. The girl with me will get a 10, mostly because of her poka-dot dress.
Did somebody say drinking game?
Drinking games are fun, but here is something for all ages, from newborn (Trig) to old fart (McFailin): Palin Bingo!
I can't imagine you can bring beer or come too terribly drunk, but it's kind of fun to watch debates with an academic crowd, which you can do at UC Berkeley's IGS (Inst. of Gov. Studies).
They're showing all debates on a big screen.
I read, ummm... I read all of them! Any of them that have been in front of me! I read a vast variety of sources where we get our news!
/obligatory
now that we have all this info, for those of us that don't generally keep tabs on happenings on the booby toobie, when the hell does the debate actually start?
You've got nothing on Biden? Really... do you not follow the news? Now, don't get me wrong... I'm for Obama/Biden and think Sarah Palin is one of the biggest jokes to appear on national television since Taradise went off the air... but to say you have nothing on Biden is ridiculous.
This wasn't even that long ago:

"bridge to nowhere."
tears.
discuss.
"..and john mccain is the one we need to leave...I...I mean lead."

I went to the 500 Club initially, but it smelled like, well.. puke. Elixir played the debate down the street and also featured an "economic stimulus" at the end of the night - $2 off drinks. Yay!
My highlights from the debate:
- mention of a 2nd holocaust
- "shout-out!"
- "gosh dagnabit oh golly gee nuke-u-lar MAVERICK"
and..
- Palin wants to extend the powers of VP?! (because, you know, Dick Cheney has set such a great precident)
