i was there roughly 2 min after it happened before paras were on the scene, and the one thing that the story isnt saying is "why" he did this. There was no direct evidence to suggest anything from intent to having a seizure. it was a very sad sight, and i want to thank the others who helped me to clear the crowd and get help. for those of you who moved in close to take photos while he was laying there...i cant even think of what to say.

What? An arrest was made??? I'm sure he'll bail out before sundown. Mowing someone down with a car seems to be the one sure-fire way to kill someone and get away with it.

I heard a helicopter circling the area a little after 8am when I was getting out of bed and figured something was up. Sorry to hear it was something like this.
