Is it something in the water that makes them stupid? They could get sex in a bar, why attack someone on the street? It's a vicious circle, take drugs go whacko, do stupid things. Get addicted, need more drugs, do more stupid things to get it. End up in prison with lots of time to think about how taking drugs ruined your life.</p>
