And Yet Another Shooting

No, not this one or this one This one: an unidentified man was sent to the hospital after getting shot at the intersection of Osceola Lane and La Salle Avenue in the Bayview District on Friday night. He is listed in critical condition. No arrests have been made. (CBS 5)

Has anyone else noticed that San Jose has had a spate of shootings, but that those stories tend to end with the line "a suspect is in custody." Perhaps some folks from SJPD could come up here and give our cops a few pointers.

These stories tend to end with the line, "the suspect was in custody, until everyone decided they didn't want to arrest him for the crimes he'd already committed, so they sent him on his way days before he killed someone".

We heard what we thought were shots that night. And I live one street over from where that happened. Someone rent me a studio anywhere but here!
