It's been over a year since we've seen such wet fun on the streets of San Francisco. Yesterday, Flickr user bikelikeme captured some refreshing pics of an overturned fire hydrant and the fun that followed.
Too bad this didn't happened last week, when Bay Area temperatures reached record highs.

That's at 8th and Harrison, right by AK Subs. Funny thing is - there's a picture on the wall at AK of the same exact thing happening to the same hydrant a few years back.
The hydrant in front of Smart & Final / Java Detour at S. Van Ness and Duboce/Division/13th is across the street from my office and it 'pops' every few months.
Mostly because it's exposed to the street and is in a high traffic area and must be getting hit. It floods the whole area under the 101 overpass.
It's entertaining!
sweet photos and(timing) !!!!
Hobo bidet!
So is that it, then? We're just gonna go ahead and call it SoMa? We're gonna let the realtors and terrorists win?
"Hey dad, I don't know what South of Market is, but SFMOMA is in SoMa."
Fuck that.
I have a sudden urge to waste water during this drought.
