Maybe it's not a stain per se, but there has been smeared remnants of poop on a sidewalk in my neighborhood for about a week. Looks like someone went, then tried to wipe it up and failed. Now it's all hardened by the sun and my guess is, it will remain there until the rains come.

I hate finding homeless poo on my stoop as much as the next guy, believe me... but poo doesn't actually leave a stain. Do what I do- douse the area with pineapple juice (great for loosening up organic matter) and pay the lucid homeless on your block (there's gotta be at least one) to hide in the bushes all night and peg the offenders with paint-balls.
