"NADER PROTEST" Tomorrow

Yeah, at first glace we also thought it was a protest against Ralph Nader. Alas.

Anyway, there's some sort of protest at the "My-Space" headquarters (?!) tomorrow about allowing us to hear golden nuggets of wisdom pour forth from Nader's mouth during the debates. Or maybe it's about unicorns. The poster isn't terribly clear.

This has to be one of the stupidest things I've seen in a while from Gonzalez/Nader. Why are they protesting at Myspace? That makes no sense at all. And Myspace.com's main hq is in Beverly Hills, NOT San Francisco. Duh!

The sheer amount of stupidity at work here is mind boggling. Do they make people at the Gonzalez/Nader campaign take an iq test to ensure ONLY stupid people come up with stuff like this?

Going after the Rastafarian vote, good move.

Where is Nader in-between presidential elections? If he feels strongly about progressive/Green issues why doesn't he help Greens further down the ticket win elections and gain influence? Where was he when Gonzalez ran (and came close to winning) the Mayoral race in SF? He stayed home, frowning atop his pile of money, waiting for 2008.

chet you nailed it. Nader did nothing to help Gonzalez because he didn't want Matt to win. If Magical Matt had won, then Magic Matt would have been top dog as someone with a job and power, vs. Nader, who is a useless twit and union buster.

Oh well, now the Greens have a candidate and nader has nada!

I'm continually stunned by anyone who finds this guy's rhetoric at all compelling. There's a place for third party candidates but they need to get a new shtick after so many years. Ohhh the corporations the evil corporations are doing us in we have to stop the corporations!

And according to the Nader website he and Matt are at the RNC tomorrow, so... a bunch of Nader supporters with poor graphic design skills are going to stand around and congratulate each other on their fringeiness, or whatever. Awesome.
