@Joel Ah, a labor union. So you make a hell of a lot more money than I, a scientist, do by creating and controlling an artificial monopoly on labor and then forcing others to join you or be blackballed out of jobs. I live in Ocean View with the rest of the poor people. Ad-hoc collective bargaining is fine and can be very useful, but when you form a permanent collective and deny jobs to people unwilling to join you the balance of power is shifted and you become just as much of a problem as the employers.

Ugh. I have a class assignment as of right now where I have to compare the Chinese government to ours in cases of oppression and whatnot. I'll be mentioning this in class tomorrow...
