Maybe someone would put a bullseye target for the guy that hangs out with the other OG's in front of Old Navy on Market Street . . . who yanks it out for all to see then pees in an arch across the sidewalk in broad daylight.

I think they should put this outside my house...on my garage! (Bryant/21st) I caught some low-life peeing out there tonight. And to top it off - he was freakin parked in my driveway. ... oh. but wait for it...wait for it... ...the best part - I yelled at him - and then he called me a Yuppie. Yeah, well I might be a yuppie - but at least I'm house broken.

I can think of a few places stickers like that should be placed....maybe some supervisors' expensive condos, for example?

Since it looks like a lock box I would assume that the box is used for storing urine samples. Sort of like the boxes that list that they don't contain drugs or money, just medical samples. At the same time it looks far too unprofessional for such as box and it avoids the standard warning more commonly seen. Still, that's my best guess.
