How exactly does one get hit by a BART train *leaving* the station?

Anyone have a stick figure diagram on that?

Sadly, the person is dead, according to SFGate.

Sfgate says today he jumped in front. Nevertheless, I would guess that any contact with a fast-moving train is going to be painful. Specifically, those grab rails on the outside next to the doors could be lethal. The drivers are justified when they yell at people standing on the yellow tiles.
