In the film "Le Petit Theatre de Jean Cocteau", (which I saw 35+ years ago), I recall that there was a scene where a rich guy goes out of a restaurant & gives a homeless guy money to stand at the window and eye him and his date hungrily as they ate a large & delicious meal. Will this replace flagging as the new cottage ondustry for the homeless? Who knows?
