Eight-months-pregnant Enja Moore is on the loose with her six kids after stealing them from the "father's San Leandro home late Tuesday night." Swiping the father's Mazda MPV minivan in the process, Moore and her children - ages 1, 3, 4, 5, 10 and 11 - are presumably still in the Bay Area. My argument for never trusting pregnant woman has just been strengthened.
I really hope they find those kids soon. I've checked the SF Gate page about 5 times since I've heard about the alert and they still aren't showing it though I've read about it on two local blogs and on the radio all morning. Lame.
The emergency broadcast system said that three of the kids were seriously diabetic and that the mother had not taken any of their medication with her.
For what it's worth, in CA the law allows you to buy insulin and syringes without a prescription. Christ, I hope this woman isn't another fucking nut.
Shouldn't be too hard to spot a pregnant black woman in blonde dreadlocks with a brood like that. Should have been found by now. Hope they tie her tubes after this next one.

Those kids have so little chance of a good life. With a mother like that, how can they keep up at school? This is just so fucking sad. And now Bush wants to make the pill equal to abortion. We can't get some people from making babies like cookies, and now the women who at least want to try not to bring anymore kids that will end up in Target or prison or the army, would not be able to make a choice.
Have some charity for kids of parents like this. But people, stop having babies you can't take care of or do a bad job at stumbling through life. In fact, even if you can have them, do it cuz you want to make a lifetime commitment of parenthood, otherwise, get a gerbil.
this is why society's so fucked up! ignorant people keep poppin' out babies like nothing--this includes women who feel the need to get pregnant because their "biological clock is ticking" or because babies are cute (THEY'RE NOT), or any of a dozen insanely stupid reasons.
the only time anyone should be allowed to conceive a child is if they have the full intention of raising that child to become a responsible, thinking, caring member of society.
when parenthood becomes a privilege, that's when people will actually take care of their kids.
maybe something oughta be put in the water to make most people sterile.
