Remember that one day in San Francisco when it was sunny? Yeah, that was fun. But we wish we had the forethought to spend Saturday at the Seward Street slides like this tyke.

How did you spend Saturday, the one day of warmth?

Cooped up in a studio, ripping books apart in the name of art.

Never heard of Maitri before - good on you!

11 hours of The Wire with Spanish subtitles on.

I can't remember that far back.

I just know my big butt would have gotten stuck in that slide. Ha.

I was in Portland for an outdoor wedding on Saturday, where the weather was generally cool and overcast (I felt right at home). We all froze our asses off thinking it would be hot, since it was very hot last week and will be hot again this week.

Cleaning my house. But I live in Berkeley so I don't have to hoard sunny days like the city dwellers.

To work and then the library and then exploring the construction of the Hamilton rec pool/center on Geary/Steiner/Post.

babysitting, whoohoo! she's six and a barrel of fun.

smoked pot, cried, ditched my friends then drank bloody mary's and great white and ate burgers at zeitgeist.

Visiting friends in Berkeley. You think it was hot here? It was fucking burning up over there.

Drinking Irish coffees at the Buena Vista (getting magic tricks performed by Larry the bartender) then continuing the party at Pier 23. Heaven!

Marin Century! And damn fine weather as usual up there.

Took the dogs to the dog park at 36th and Fulton. Got drunk on sunshine and walked them all the way out to the Sutro Baths and back.

Dogs are still sleeping it off.
