Cluelessness, Not Road Rage, Cause of Father/Sons Murders

The murder of Tony Bologna and his two sons (allegedly) at the hands of MS-13 hang member Edwin Ramos, 21, was initially reported as an incident of road rage. But? It tuns out it was, in fact, a case of mistaken identity. See, Ramos assumed the car was filled with rival gang members because "the people in the car were similar to Hispanic males." Scary. Also, MS-134 should consider an eye exam and IQ test to their murder/rape initiation process. Read more about it here.

I'm guessing this is a legal strategy to get this kid out from under some heavier charges.

too bad the car was not filled with NEWSOM and his city hall kooks... this should have never happened and hope SF gets their ASS sued with the SF ZOO suit and now this... again the people of SF paying for the morons in city hall

I can't help but notice the difference in the coverage of this incident (as well as the comments) as compared to the stabbing/purse snatching from a week ago.

@spysea: Yes, it should never have happened, but how is the City responsible? I don't think the "Gavin didn't stop me from doing it" defense is going to fly.

It was just a innocent mistake, why don't you feel good idiots let him out so he can get it right the next time.
