word on the street is that the police just blew up the "bomb" - a camouflaged item in a hobo push cart. apparently this is your standard issue hobo and his push cart, and if the police thought to ask anyone on the block if they recognized the cart, this all would have been avoided. the hobo is now being questioned. because anything that's camouflage=bomb. awesome.
