This is such a beautiful city. Can't you post something more representative of the better side of this town?

Something with a little humor, class, and grace? Or am I asking too much or talking the wrong person?

will find photo of audrey hepburn just for you. please standby.

That graffiti mural on Stevenson is one of my favorites things in the City. I remember when the guy first made it, and I'm glad that it has lasted so long.
I don't know what the "better" side of this town is but another great shot of Stevenson is the catwalk that connects two buildings.

mpantone: well, to each her own. i happen to like graffiti art.

if you look at the hi-resolution version, it looks like that lady is actually smoking two cigarettes at the same time. badass.

I can't wait for the Stevenson Street Festival. I want a neck massage and some stag chili.

mpantone,

Thank you for saying that my picture has no

*humor
*class
*grace

I happen to see each of those qualities, but to each his own.

I still say the one posted a while back "I lost me to meth -- but I learned how to fucking clean house." is the all-time classic.

Graffiti is the better side of this town!

as always, blue canary is spot on.

"I have clean closets but use a lot of kleenex" would be a variation.

I read this story earlier and then went and sat in a chair staring at the wall for an hour. This is going on while Cindy McCain charges $250K on her card in a month. Trickle down works.
My first draw to the story was the incredible mural on the wall. Better than most of the stuff at MOMA. Maybe mpantone would enjoy the shite over around the Embarcadero. That's where you'll find your people with class and grace, like Cindy.
I think one of the best features of SF are the fabulous free art all over the place, such an improvement over cement and hideous corporate billboards. Why not hire some of THESE artists when hiring artists for public works. Oh yeah, class, grace.

or perhaps "meth.. guess it doesn't cure acromegaly"
