Childs, of course. Gavin's secret submission shame is the well from which his power and charisma flow. I'm guessing naively that Childs informed Newsom of certain city IT indiscretions. I'm curious to see if there will be any technical execs who elect to spend more time with their families in the near future. I'll put good money on a plea deal regardless, though.

Typical high functioning IT geek. All brain, zero social skills. Not a crime. I give the City of San Francisco IT Department two weeks to completely crash the network and get this guy back in the office to fix what some other mid-level manager screws up. I wonder if that will make the news.
