I see the Mayor has attended the Bill Clinton Finishing School course on "How to Explain Everything to Voters with Your Hands."
I couldn't get past the whole "scratching himself like a monkey" part. What was that about? Psoriasis? Excema? At any rate,he needs to seek dermatological help.
A dummy he ain't, but he might talk too freely for his own political good.
By the way, I just realized that Gavin = Job from Arrested Development.
