Fight for your right to advertise

Outdoor advertising (that's billboards and the like folks like us) company Metro Fuel has filed a lawsuit Motion for Injunction against our fair City to prevent it from enforcing laws against illegal billboards. It's been verboten to add new billboards to the cityscape since 2002, and they're not allowed at all "in residential areas, near schools and parks." Once the City started giving tickets to property owners who flouted the ban and added Metro Fuel's signs, they called Constitutional shenanigans, citing the ads the city sells on street furniture, lamp posts, and kiosks.
