Hey Jacobe, that tour bus was for something else. They're were all going INSIDE city hall while the lame 6 - 10 people 'danced' by the Opera House with the cops shutting them down continually. NOT worth it.

@ rhino: I rode by around 9.30-10ish and there was at least a good 100+ plus people and a big tour bus... maybe it was something different, but it was a bunch of people randomly dancing...

ughhhh it was such a joke. there were like 6 people there, and 30 minutes later they finally had like 20 people. and the cops came and broke it up periodically. laaaaaaaaaame.
