Even something simple like cabs cost a fortune and are never around when you need one, and the cab drivers are being forced to pay more and more just to work every day. The irony of course is that it was the Mayor who put the idea of a Taxi Commission on the ballot, got it passed, then supported removing it as part of Prop. A.</p>
