I moved to San Francisco a year ago and always wondered which would cause me to crash my bike first: the crazy drivers or the huge potholes. Turned out it was the potholes. I ate shit on one a few months ago outside The Independent while going pretty fast and taking a turn. Fix 'em, please!

What you omit is that they plan to spend $38 million this year to fix them, but they planned to (and did) spend $36 million to fix them last year. Net result (maybe) would be a 6% increase in repairs. Meanwhile has homeless services crossed $300 million a year yet?
