It's been a week since this happened and since Boing Boing hasn't commented yet, it is unlikely that we'll ever know for sure. With no evidence of a blogwar, it probably was something that happened in a private exchange, maybe a poorly interpreted comment during some cocktail hour. And since this is San Francisco, this often leads to arrogant indignation, withering stares, and stony holier-than-thou silence. Yay!
