A reader at my blog makes a very good point: If the tiger was hungry, wouldn't she have feasted on her victims? There was no human bits in her stomach post-mortem.

Recently I read that in preserves in India, it's well known that tigers have absolutely no patience for inebriated humans. Given the opportunity, they will often attack and sometimes kill them.
