The 5:00 time is for public comment on any item in the 08-09 budget, including the revocation of U.N. plaza farmer's market permit. The actual discussing about the legislation is earlier. Are they trying to close it,or raise the prices or what? Does this effect the giant Sat farmer's market on Alemany? You can get that that one on the 23 bus... Waz up?
