Found on Battery Street yesterday afternoon. Charming.

God, we're going to have to deal with this Naderian shit until November, aren't we? (Hint: yes.)

If people want to run around town posting stickers and posters for imaginary candidates who won't be on the ballot, they should go to Adamaforpresident.org instead.

At least Admiral Adama (or Acting President Lee Adama) know ho to bathe themselves and act like adults.

of course I meant "how" not "ho" but that latter term comes to mind for some reason whenever one thinks of the primal screamers.

truly the nadir of presidential elections...

The 17 votes they will get this time could really affect the outcome!

stop effing around and throw your vote aqui: http://www.walken2008.com/

Ralph and Matt has 6% in at least one poll

http://www.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/06/06/poll.mccain.obama/

They might not get that much in the overall election, but they could easily turn key states to Johnny Mac.

Respekt!

I'm not so sure.

Naderian shit reaches it's peak in the absence of a broad consensus (2000). Only the real diehards will try to peel away liberal votes from the first black anti-war candidate in history. Even prominent Greens like Ross Mirkirimi and Chris Daly are loudly pro-Obama.

So this might be a useful exercise. It may permanently smoke out the SF posers who treat politics as a cute, contrarian social activity. For a while there, the war made it harder to tell.

But I'm REALLY looking forward to playing the race card on the Naderites. (Ex: "Why does the Green Party hate black people?") I'm seriously thinking of printing up some bumper stickers.

The 2004 election results made it completely clear that running for President was no longer about issues but all about ego for Nader. Hell, even Pat Buchanan had sense enough to stop running for President after making a low single-digit showing.

What generic said. It's a good clean fight this election, and best of all neither candidate is particularly Swift-boatable. The only people who will vote for Nader are white people who would rather vote for a cranky old white guy because the black guy isn't black enough for them.

polls are useless, if these clowns aren't even on the ballot in most states, it means nada.

plus they're not even running as greens so they can't use the green party to get on the ballot.

btw, what's the deal with the greens? so many of 'em are leaving the party these days....and locals are supporting Obama...says a lot!

I support the idea of more parties getting into the mix .... stickers on public light poles and so on pisses me off.

Loud mopeds and scooters piss me off. Like when your watching a movie and they zoom by and you cant even hear what was just said, and you have to rewind! ughh!

sf_bikebike - are you kind? do you rewind before dropping netflix in the mail?

I bet you do!

*smooch*

i do :)

Ralph Nader: ruining elections since before most of us were born.

Although I agree that Nader's current campaign might seem ill-conceived, Gonzalez has said the purpose of their campaign is not to win, but to raise issues. And the issues that Gonzalez has raised about Obama are valid ones. The fact that the young-ens are getting swept away like he's some kind of messiah is just a sad commentary on how ill-informed people are. Is he better than Bush? Well yes, but who isn't? My dog would be a better leader.

And anyone who thinks Nader "ruined" the last election clearly was not watching the absolute train wreck of a campaign Kerry ran. Kerry has no one to blame for that election but his own sorry self. If Nader is any kind of "spoiler" then that just means the democrats aren't running a competent campaign.

And I didn't hear any democrats bitching when Perot handed the election to Clinton.

And Gore has no one to blame either. After watching him debate Bush, even I thought he came off as an asshole. And I like him!

Bluecanary, you still haven't answered the question:

Why do you hate black people?

Oh please, the only people Nader/Gonz are going to be raising issues with are their acolytes.

FREE MUMIA!

Make mopeds be quiet when im watching movies!
And motorcycles and scooters!

god damn it!

i'm sorry, did you say something?
