<description>&lt;p&gt;If that school district thinks it will save money by cutting the newspaper from the budget, they ought to reconsider. They have a classic case of first amendment retaliation, and those poor students who were deprived of a journalism class may just have standing to bring suit. The tricky part is that the article was actually allowed to be published. Yet as a result of the article, the school is cutting the school newspaper entirely from the budget. That stinks of retaliation. One wonders if they had ever heard of newspaper advertisements?! you know... sponsoring? so it is free! oh sighs...

On a separate note, yay for same-sex marriage bringing in State revenue! Maybe we can use it to fund regional dedicated passenger rail. Let&apos;s put the N totally underground on its own dedicated track. I&apos;ve never seen such a waste of light rail--sticking it in traffic with the other cars.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
