Who decided to wait for LIFE-FLIGHT helicopters when the Vics could have been in LIFE-SAVING surgery within 5 minutes at Washington Hospital or Kaiser ER(they will take life or death no insurance required) If you want to murder someone by letting them bleed to death just say "oh lets wait 20minutes or so for a helicopter" the public will happily trade the Vics life for the excitment of the "LZ CODE".
