What a circus the Richmond can be. Plus Geary is wider than Clement, so there's so much more room to drive/park/meander in such a more annoying way.

No excuse, but a year or two ago blocking a hydrant was the cheapest ticket in the city. Might still be now, I wouldn't know. :)
