actually, crazy domino's guy tom monaghan sold the tigers back in like 1992. it's easy to confuse because he sold them to michigan's other main pizza magnate, mike ilitch, who isn't a big religious dude but does like to throw money around at his midmarket team. he's a big fixture in michigan, maybe a little under the radar out here i don't think little ceaser's pizza is as ubiquitous as domino's.. he also owns the red wings who btw won a little thing called the stanley cup last night. i kind of hate the lakers and the celtics out of principle but i think it's gonna be a great series.
