Makes sense, because, just from my own childhood experiences, a real ginormous LEGO ball, if rolled down a hill, would start to disintegrate. Viral is so mid-2000s, now it's just being exploited and we're all gonna hate it.

The basic problem is that you can't do anything in this town without somebody avec a full frame Canon 5D ($2000+) and an "L" zoom lens ($1000+) catching you doing it. I defy you. This was a permitted film shoot. Obliviously. That means that tow away signs were posted the day before and then were taken down for the shoot. I was thinking when I first saw it: these guys have no plan on stopping that damn thing and it's either going to hit someone or somebody's car. I'm not sure how heavy it would be, but there's enough mass behind it that after rolling down a hill it would have the chance to do some real damage. Cute idea, but doing this on a random hill is really an asshole thing to do. They should all be fined for their level of collective jackassery and wanton disregard for public safety and other people's property. Also, I mean, running away from that thing, even with a spotter, is a great way to get yourself run over. Didn't their parents ever tell them not to play in the street?
