<description>&lt;p&gt;I will agree with katio.  I lived in Parkmerced for a year.  It was awful.  Mold everywhere.  Skyhigh rent.  Noisy neighbors/parties.  Incompetent leasing office.

I even worked for a year for the property management section of University Park North which owns about 7 blocks of Parkmerced.  Those columns are indeed hollow and rot out extremely quickly.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
