And So It Begins

Until they open up a Four Seasons on the Playa, or move the journey to Yerba Buena Park, we won't be going anytime soon. But for those of you rapscallions who are? More power to you. And if you haven't purchased your tickets yet, do it now.

Heck, my eye doctor just gave me that rolled-up slip of plastic to put behind my glasses....

Dude, Burning Man is over and done. Period.

I don't think it ever was, really.

So those are the two representative links you've chosen for Burning Man? I'm no apologist and understand a lot of the criticism, but that seems like a rather mean-spirited attitude.

I learned something from this photo:

Hot
Liquids
Burn
Like
Fire

Good to know!

@ otherwordlyglow,

i'm sorry.

I'd like to go someday, but at those prices it ain't happening anytime soon, and by the time I have the disposable income and unlimited vacation time to do so it'll really be over and done...

Actually, there's probably no rush on buying tickets anymore. All of the discount tickets are sold out, so they're all $290 now, and burning man doesn't sell out . . . oh wait, that was last year.

TAYM, you are really just a little ray of sunshine. Wake me when you have something positive to say, about anything, period.

Daithi -

Don't blame me for ruining Burning Man. I stopped going back in the 90's.

BM baffles me.

I didn't move to nice, chilly, urbane San Francisco to pack up once a year and pay to sweat.

Drugs can be fun in the winter, too.

Just saying.

I still love BM. Best week of the year. In SF.
