Mission Mission's "I Lost Me To Meth" Coaster Contest

meth%20coasters.jpg

Oh wow. Mission Mission is offering a free pack of "I Lost Me to Meth" coasters to one lucky reader who can come up with the niftiest meth-related anecdote. So, tweakers of San Francisco, now it is your turn to shine as bright as your foreheads. Send Mission Mission your choicest sex-for-cash, this-month's-rent-goes-bye-bye, and sold-my-DVDs-to-Amoeba tales of meth-related woe. (Required PSA of concern: If you've succumbed to speed's siren song, there's nothing to be ashamed of, you know? Simply visit Tweaker.org for more info on getting help.)

Also, are these coasters, above, widely available? Since SFist staff members patronize only the finest drinking establishments in town, none of us have come across them. Have you?

I'm tempted to sock a couple packs of these away for about 7 years and then bust them out for a 2015 cocktail party. I think they'd be a big hit.

Just one story? Oh this is going to be hard...

I saw a great little graffiti on one of the Meth ads in the Church Street station (inbound side)...

"There's no I in TEAM, but there is a ME in METH!"

I'm still waiting for LOLcat phrases to appear on meth ads

i also saw them at the knockout. you guys should start patronizing some less fine drinking establishments... might be pleasantly surprised. thanks for reading!

Last time I was at Murio's Trophy Room on Haight, the bartender had taken a sharpie to a bunch of those coasters, changing them to "I lost me meth!"

I lost me to meth, but damn my apartment is clean.

I saw a few being used at Lush Lounge in the Loin.

I want a pack of these, but unfortunately have no great meth stories. Can't I just buy them?

Seriously, bluecanary, I just want to buy 'em. Screw a contest. I don't want to lose me to meth coasters.

i know this is an old post. but i saw this sharpied in a bar, then found this jpg on google images and well.... its kind of brilliant.
