Wobbler or no, two Wii controllers is $60. Also, is it still grand theft when there are multiple instances that don't rise? I don't know, I'm just leery when a marginalized character is given the shaft, and this is looking pretty shafty so far. It's pretty much the same instict that is triggered when I see people with brown skin being pulled over by the police on a Thursday night for an apparent moving violation that never makes it onto a ticket.

I think Dhaliwalli and his scumbag brother need to leave the Bay area and head back into the jungle with the other wild animals. Believe you only need to show 400 bones worth of stuff taken for grand theft. Believe this is a "wobbler" crime that could be charged either as a misdemeanor or a felony. Believe criminal history of this suspect would tend to have the crim justice system favor calling this minor crime wave a felony.

Uh, they want to file felony charges because they "believe" he went on a spree where over $1000 was "estimated" stolen? Anybody else think it's strange that even though they're so sure as to recommend these charges be filed, the only details we get in the story are only of the one incident? Sorry to call a spade a spade, but these charges are jacked up.
