Yeah, it's real. The SFSU GOP loves to piss-off people.

Aren't these "bake sales" a common kind of provocation activity for College Republican groups? I thought I'd read about similar stuff elsewhere.

Anyway, this is lame at best.

You must be remembering affirmative action bake sales held at several campuses within the last few years... I can't tell if this one will be another one of those.

read: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Affirmative_action_bake_sale

But who will build it?

GatorGOP is PeTA for the Fox News crowd.

No real political message, although they do a great job discrediting the Republican party in a mostly liberal school.

How many cupcakes does one have to bake and/or sell to build a wall? Are they building a wall around themselves? What will the wall be made of? Why not just skip the middle men and go build a wall using the cupcake mix? Who will care for their children and wash their cars once this wall is built? How high does a wall need to be to keep tigers, Mexicans or bigoted assholes in or out? I've got questions about all of this wall building silliness.

If you build it, they will come.

I love that they use the PC name 'malcom x plaza' and not the white guy who it was probably named for before...

pussies. go all the way or go home.

First of all, this is going to be ridiculous/hilarious. Second of all, what up with the Palestine/Israel tags?

Oh, is this for Mexico? It looks like images from the Israel/Palestine wall. :-/

I have a wall around my heart

It will be a great day when the schools get all the money they need and the Republicans have to hold a bake sale to build a useless border fence.

Or some bumper sticker like that.

When I was in the College Dems the Republicans were all about pissing people off, even getting into physical altercations with the Muslim groups on campus. So one night after a debate with the college republicans I told the college GOP VP that I had abortions just to piss off Republicans. Damn that was funny!

As a former Gator, I love this. Those Republicans are so whacky! My favorite part about it is that the they have their own table in Malcolm X Plaza -- them and the college Marxists. They really love to piss people off...just like their country-running older brothers! BTW, I'm sure that the wealthiest nation in the world will appreciate the $62 you raise on their behalf by selling cupcakes for two hours one day.

SF finest college republican kid Leigh Wolf behind this?
better check the apple store where he works, might have flyers around...

MeganG is my hero for this week. Exactly how many abortions does one need to have to piss off Republicans? Is one too many or just not enough?? haha...

Wealthiest nation on earth? Ha, ha, ha.

At first I thought it was an ad for a showing of Pink Floyd's "The Wall" - and then I too thought it was for Israel but realized that didn't make much sense (though it sure does look like it).

Has anyone yet figured out exactly which wall the funds of this bake sale are going towards? Are we walling off the TL? Where does the TL officially end and the TenderNob begin? Is it the hilly part or the flatlands? Are we walling off SF from Oakland or LA? I'm confused...

It's for the US/Mexico boarder.

I sure don't miss going to State, especially when I see these lame attempts to rile people up.

BTW-- does anyone agree with me that SFSU's mascot should be a trolly and not a gator? It'd be so much cuter.

Is it just me, or does the lower-right photo on the flyer look like a missile launcher aiming at a falling kangaroo? I find that somehow appropriate. Just sayin'.
