I have to agree with AYM. It's one thing for a person making $24K per year to buy shoes at payless. Everyone needs shoes. But $5 mil worth? That money could be better spent elsewhere. Like handbags and Agent Provacateur lingerie. But seriously, $5 mil on shoes is ridiculous when people are sleeping on the streets and eating out of garbage cans (and shitting on the street trees).

so that's still 1000 pairs a shoes a year for each family member?!?!?! Just at Barneys. She doesn't go across the street to LV, Gucci, Chanel, Ferragomo, etc and check out the collections there? The kids don't buy shoes for themselves? ever? Look I can believe she spends 4-5 million in total at barneys every wear, buying shoes, clothes, gifts, cosmetics, bags, etc. But not just on shoes. sorry I just don't believe it. Now, I might believe she spends 400-500k on shoes at Barneys but not Millions.

ummm 4-5 Million a year!?!?!?! I am sorry but I don't believe it. I own way to many pairs of +$500 shoes from LV, Ferragomo, Bottenga Venneta, etc. So I feel a little qualified to call BS on this quote. You would really be hard pressed to find a pair of shoes for more then a few thousand (the most expense pair I ever tried on *just for fun* was a 7k pair of LV Alligator loafers but finding those is rare) but the vast majority of high end designer shoes come in between $500-$1000. so even if she was avg $1k per pair that's 4-5 THOUSAND PAIRS OF SHOES A YEAR!!! just at Barneys!!!! I don't think so.
