When Geragos Attack--Dhaliwals Claim SF Was Negligent

Looking to get a few well-earned bucks out of the city for the Christmas Day tiger attack that claimed the life of their (alleged) friend Carlos Sousa Jr., Amritpal and Kulbir Dhaliwal have filed claims against the city. Finally. And our sources sent SFist a copy of the claim! (We'll try to get that up for you shortly.)
In addition to rightfully accusing San Francisco for for Tatiana's fatal mauling spree last December, which also sent the brothers to the hospital for several days, Geragos' firm also claims that the brothers "have been defamed by a public relations firm, acting as an agent of the city and county of San Francisco and the San Francisco Zoo. Members of the public relations firm, including but not limited to Sam Singer, made false statement's about Claimant's on the date of the attack."
Oh, and one of the brother is also whining that he was "wrongfully deprived" of his 2002 BMW M3, which was impounded. The poor dear.
In related news: OH MY GOD, Amritpal Dhaliwal, 19, was arrested last night at the Bayfair Center trying to shoplift a pair of Nintendo Wii controllers from Target. (His scars are still visible on his forehead, according to police. Aw.) Hope this doesn't hurt their credibility, or lack thereof, when their claim turns into a lawsuit and heads to court.

Coincidentally (well, as far as I know), Amritpal Dhaliwal was arrested last night on suspicion of shoplifting. He put some Wii controllers down his pants. Insert joke here.

Maybe he just needed some "Wii time"
We all need a little Wii time, right ladies?

For a muppet, you really have a finger on the pulse of Bay Area news. Very well played.
lack of credibility!?! say what you will about the need to sue in this litigious society of ours, but Zoo experts agreed that the Tiger enclosure wasn't up to snuff...
A freaking tiger chewed on his head!
Give the man some money!
Mark Geragos. That's all I have to say.
Contributory negligence is a bitch.
It'll be interesting to see if a jury can find in favor of complete douchebags who are absolutely due compensation. I don't know if I could control my nausea to find in favor of the plaintiff.
How about this?
Take a look at all their medical bills and add them up.
Give that total amount to "the boys" so they can pay the hospital.
Give them that same amount again so they can pay Garagos for his time and trouble
And then, give them that same amount once more to pay for their time and trouble.
What would that cost altogether, $80k?
A tiger chewed on his head? That ass deserved to have the tiger chew his head OFF.
The more I find out about these guys the more I understand about the concept of "honor killing".
Let's take up a collection and buy these retards a couple of one way tickets back to India where they can taunt tigers all day long. Or for a few minutes anyway...
Why are these two worthless creeps walking around free, and able to sue the zoo to boot? There will never be a jury of their "peers." Where are we going to find a dozen animal harassers in San Francisco?
The younger brother Paul was arrested in San Leandro for stealing.
Wonderful, these scumbags are going to make millions and still commit more crimes.
I suspect these scumbags will do something to land in prison or dead.
Poor tiger.
wOW........i REALLY HATE THESE PUNKS.
WHRE IS MY POST FROM yesterday? censorsship ay the fist???
spysea, you didn't comment; you pasted an article from the Gate without proper citation. If you want to do that, then stick it in quotes and put a goddamn url at the end showing from where the words came.
thanks.
Total and complete wastes of space. Assholes.
