Army National Guard Ad Translation?

Can someone translate the above, please? We assume it says the same thing, "The Army National Guard Wants You," but we want to know. You see, if so, it's a brilliant ad. It gets to have its cake and eat it too: not only does it reach out, presumably, to the people it's trying to kill; but it also touches on the xenophobic, git-'r-done nerve of war-hungry youths who happen to see it. Genius.
Or it's completely racist and none-too-bright. We'll find our after the translation.
Oh, and someone added "to die" graffiti at the end. To stick it to the man, or whatever.
Update: Those exotic looking squiggles read "If you can read this..." Which? Still, more or less, makes the ad brilliant with its dual meaning.
