Two Youths Hurt In Oakland Shootings

The Oakland police are on the hunt for two suspects in three separate shootings. The shootings lead to two teens being getting hurt and transfered to the hospital. Both are listed in stable condition.
At the 8600 block of Hillside Street last night at around 11:40 p.m., police found one boy suffering from a "gunshot wound to his right thigh."
A little before that at about 8:30 p.m., according to CBS 5:
[A] male juvenile sustained one gunshot wound to his left foot in the 1500 block of 16th Avenue, near St. Anthony's Church, according to officials. The shooting followed a memorial service for a teenager killed by police last week.
In addition to the two injured juveniles, an unidentified person was shot in the chest over at "the 600 block of East 12th Street at about 1:20 a.m." on Monday. He is listed in stable condition.

I know absolutely nothing about any individual who has been shot in the Bay Area, ever -- except that nearly all of the shootings seem to occur in seedy neighborhoods between midnight and 4am.
So it's hard not to feel that the shootees were maybe just a little bit culpable.
Early morning pilates classes, maybe?
But in all seriousness, absolutely, the victims' situations lead to their shootings.
Damn victims! Will they ever learn?
Shouldn't unsupervised kids be off the streets by, oh I don't know, 11pm?
Actually, many shootings do occur in the daylight hours, or before midnight. Of SF's 22 murders so far this year, 15 happened after 4 a.m. and before 12 a.m. 8 were shot to death between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m., and 7 were shot to death between 3 p.m and 12 a.m. People kill each other whenever they feel like it.
Whenever I shoot people they certainly are culpable.
