I've been holding back on criticizing this feature since, well, maybe some enjoy it, and I can always look away, and why be mean? But the consistent absence of any commentary should be a clue that no one is interested. Sorry.

I have to agree with helenback. This feature is by far my least favorite part of SFist. These cartoons are unfunny, unclever, unenlightening, and (as others have pointed out) totally derivative of Matt Groening. Please get rid of it. Also, may I ask why Levni styles himself "Esq." when he is not an attorney? That bugs.
