Either the cops are retarded or SF has some smooth criminals. No one ever gets caught because there are never any witnesses - at least none willing to talk. Often times, this month's murder victims are last month's witnesses. A couple of recent examples reported here come to mind. All of those "No Snitchin'" hoodies and dead witnesses in the street add up to plenty unsolved crimes, no thanks (or blame) to the SFPD.

Not withstanding the tragedy of someone being murdered, the "most notorious neighborhood" where this took place is actually Hunter's Point, not the Bayview. As a Bayview resident I'm sensitive to semantics...

Is the bullet graphic really necessary? This is someone who died who has friends and family. Could you be any more insensitive?
