Well, I'm always punctual. So I assume if the protest starts at 5, they should get there by 4:45, meaning they'd have to leave house/work by 4 or so. Yeah, I wish I slept so late, too.

I really want to know, who the hell can take off in the middle of an afternoon on a Wednesday to protest? Seriously, do they not have jobs? And if not, how do they support themselves? To paraphrase a disgustingly right wing comedian who used to be mildly amusing at times but is now just a hack: If I had a hammer, I'd hammer out danger all over the world. But I've got rent to pay, pal.

Yeah these hippie style protests have been REALLY effective. And let's not forget the piling on of assorted causes, and the "activists for the cameras" like Code Pink. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. It's been 5 years. Still gotta war. Still got GW. And yet they somehow think another smelly protest is going to work? Change tactics, people, or continue to lose. Deal with it.

Wow is it five years since I was arrested for the crime of buying a sandwich at lunchtime?
