Teenager Rapes, Shoots 14-Year-Old Girl In the Mission District

SF Crime (via Bay City News) has harrowing details that a 17-year-old boy sexually assaulted and then shot a girl on March 8. The alleged crime occurred somewhere on Cesar Chavez Street. So far, the suspect is unidentified and still at-large.
According to police spokesman Sgt. Neville Gittens, the "girl's gunshot wound was not life threatening. Although Gittens did not reveal the exact relationship between the two, he did admit that "[t]hey were known to each other."
So far, both San Francisco authorities and the Yolo County police department--the juvenile offender has relatives in West Sacramento--are conducting a massive search for the boy.

And people wonder why I refuse to have children. I would never be able to sleep at night with these untrained, unsupervised animals roaming the streets. Nice parenting job folks!
Seriously, no one EVER gets caught in this city.
You can get away with anything in SF.
