Cute, yes? The San Francisco Zoo just released images of the newborn Sumatran tiger cub triplets born this past week to Leanne and George. Here are a few shots of the new kittens waiting for their first health exam.

"San Francisco Zoo's Chief of Veterinarian Services Jacqueline Jencek, gives a 9-day-old Sumatran tiger cub his first health exam, Saturday, March 15, 2008 at the San Francisco Zoo in San Francisco. The approximate 4-pound cub is one of three male cubs, born at the San Francisco Zoo, to Leanne, a 230-pound Sumatran tiger. This is the first litter for the 5-year-old mom and 10-year-old dad, named George." (credit: Nikitin)
