I KNEW I heard screaming that was going on way too long to have been a sporting event. I think they scooped up some kids from Alameda High, too. Just from the fact that my roommate saw a mutual friend on TV (who doesn't go to Encinal). Or so she thought.

This country has tons of money when it comes to bombing brown people in foreign countries, but when it comes to our own citizens, our government could not give a shit. This country's priorities sickens me.

That's right, cut elementary music.... didn't we already go through this disaster of budget cuts of the 80's. We barely just reinstated elementary music back into some schools (and most still don't have it). Back in the Philadelphia area, they have elementary music at every school. This is beyond ridiculous. GOOD FOR THOSE STUDENTS FOR TAKING A STAND!
