if by future leader you mean demonstrating how to lend yourself 5 million dollars so your campaign doesn't run out of money, not show a tax return to show where the money came from, be owned the lobbiest as a top 10 earmark spender in washington and too stupid to divorce your husband that constantly cheats on you, then yeah! great leadership!
