<description>&lt;p&gt;Canon 5D, 600mm 4.0 IS lens with a 2x extender. 

The moon with direct sunlight on it, as in the photo, is very bright. 

It&apos;s a lot tougher to get a good shot of the much darker red, fully eclipsed moon&lt;/p&gt;</description>
